Do you offer delivery? 

Yes, we charge a $30 delivery fee for all our inflatables to make your party setup hassle-free. 

Can I rent the a bounce house for just a few hours?

We have flexible rental options, whether you need the inflatables for a few hours or the whole day.

Is it suitable for parks?

Yes, it is suitable for parks as long as there are outlets or power sources available.

What happens if there is a puncture in the bounce house?

In case of a puncture, contact us immediately. We'll guide you on how to handle the situation.

Is there an age limit?

For safety reasons, there are age restrictions to ensure everyone enjoys the inflatables responsibly.

What if it rains on the day of our rental?

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we can discuss rescheduling or make alternative arrangements for your event.

When do you set up and pick up?

We set up the morning of your party or at least one hour before the event. Please let us know if you need a special delivery time, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pickup same-day no later than 6-8pm. This allows us time to clean and sanitize each rental.

Which payment methods do we accepts ?

We accept all payments through Honeybooks. A fee is required to secure the rental, it will be credited towards your final total. 

How many people fit in a bounce house?

The weight limit for the bounce houses are different from one another. We trust our clients to use their discretion when renting our equipment. No more than 5 people at a time is our general rule.

Are the bounce houses  clean?

Yes. Cleanliness is part of our safety initiative. We clean and disinfect our inflatables before and after every use. 

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, turf & concrete.We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. 

For inside a venue or home, Weights will be provided  

Can I rent the bounce house with a last minute notice (1-2 days)?

Yes, depending on our availability  we will try our best to accommodate.
